Ms. Khamelia "Shea" Gilbert (Alexander)

I am Khamelia LaShea — a woman of faith, purpose, and passion. I wear many hats, but each one is tied to the same mission: to empower, equip, and encourage men and women to walk boldly in the life God has designed for them.

As a speaker, entrepreneur, and administrative professional, I have had the privilege of serving both in ministry and in the marketplace. With a gift for organization and a heart for people, I help individuals and organizations bring vision to life — turning ideas into strategies, and strategies into results.

My calling goes beyond titles. I am a mentor and inspirational voice who believes in meeting men and women right where they are, helping them rise above limitations, heal from what tried to break them, and step into their God-given identity with confidence and grace. Transparency and authenticity are the foundation of my voice — I share from my own journey so that others know they are not alone.

Whether I’m delivering a message from the pulpit, leading a workshop, or working behind the scenes to build systems that create impact, my goal is the same: to leave every person I encounter stronger, encouraged, and empowered.

I believe every man and woman carries greatness within them. My prayer is that through my words, work, and witness, individuals everywhere will embrace who they are, pursue their purpose without fear, and shine as the people of God they were created to be.
